Hello and a warm welcome to my website.

I have worked as a squash coach and in various fitness gyms. In recent years I have been giving English lessons in a vocational school. Between 2022 and 2024 I completed the Wim Hof Method Instructor Courses, became an Epi-Genetic Transformations Coach and an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor.
I mainly use the Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques to support clients because a massive part of health and happiness is keeping stress levels down and being strong from within. From this fundament I can merge many elements of the epigenetic, which looks at life in a holistic way, and where necessary I integrate elements such as fitness/movement or cold exposure.
I can offer small live courses in Rorschacherberg.
However, I can visit you, your company, your club at a venue of your choice.
The sessions can be live or online, individually or in a group, and in English or German.

I am very motivated and especially love working with breath work, it`s amazing.
